Welcome to DYP (Do Your Part) The app that turns your miles into meaningful donations. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DYP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use DYP, you must be:

At least 13 years old (with parental consent if under 18)
A resident in a country where charitable giving and GPS tracking is legally permitted

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information during sign-up
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not interfere with the functionality or security of DYP

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

DYP does not provide medical advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit to participate in running or fitness activities.

5. Donations & Matching

DYP facilitates donation pledges from users or partner brands based on distance logged.
Users may be required to link a payment method for self-matching.
Donations are not tax-deductible through DYP unless explicitly stated and processed through a certified 501(c)(3) partner.

6. Third-Party Integrations

DYP may sync data from platforms like Strava, Apple Health, or Garmin. You are subject to the terms of those platforms as well.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any misuse, including falsifying GPS data, attempting to defraud donors, or abusive conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DYP is not liable for:

Personal injury during physical activity
Data syncing errors or lost progress
Delayed or failed donation transfers

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Your State/Country, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
